I attained Stephen Smith for a dui that I was being charged with at first. Before we made it to trial for that hearing I obtained a second DUI. He was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process and was able to get the first DUI Dismissed. Based on no probable cause for the stop. ...Had I not obtained his services this case clearly would not have been dismissed as I am not law savvy. He was very thorough. Otherwise I am sure the outcome would've have been very different. The second DUI we decided to go with deferred prosecution. This included a hit and run attended. This motion was granted and again he was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to family and friends. Without his knowledge of prior cases as well we never would have gotten the first case dismissed.

Lawyer consistently gave me incorrect information just to keep the case going and not settle. He did not inform me that his primary expertise was with DUI's, but sold himself as an expert in other areas, which he was not. He did not argue the case with the judge, and delayed getting information so th...at it was not admissable.
