Stephen Gregory Smith

Mr. Smith has successfully handled at least 3 traffic/moving violations for me and my then teenage drivers. One involved my teenager bumping a pedestrian in a crosswalk. All cases were either dismissed or penalties were drastically reduced. We all have him in our Contacts. His attitude, as I recall, ...focused primarily on ‘Let’s get you past this.’ rather than when payment was coming. Can’t recommend enough.

Would not recommend Stephen Smith. He is a personable man but there is an under current of seething anger which can easily become activated if one says something in a way that he doesn't like. He seemed excessively avaricious re: Money. Didnt seem knowledgeable about simple legal questions i ásked. H...e was there for me in some manner during darkest days, but then didn't always keep me informed bout what was going on & wouldnt answer my calls at times, or show up at court for me and not notify me or court of it till last minute, very disappointing. Charged way too much for what he did do. Can be very hostile. Maybe he's good for traffic violations, dui's & such, but less so for criminal matters. He didn't seem to fight for me, he seemed too apathetic.

Hiring Stephen was the best Investment have ever made. My family had used his services before with good results, & recommended him to me. I was arrested for first degree felony assault, and he was able to negotiate a plea to a fourth degree misdemeanor, & no jail time. I even got in to a jam 6 mont...hs later, & he spoke to the prosecuting attorney at no charge. As a result only had to pay a fine for traffic ticket. attorney for me at no charge, & was able to get off with just a traffic in
