Mr. Smith has successfully handled at least 3 traffic/moving violations for me and my then teenage drivers. One involved my teenager bumping a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Stephen was great in the beginning of my case, when he got paid. Initially he made me confident it was a open and shut case. He seemed to have things together in court. But throughout the case it seemed apparent that proper communication was not happening between him and the prosecutor. He told me no...t to worry about going to court when we ended up needing to be there. I now have my 2nd bench warrant out with no bail because he never changed my court date like he said he would. he did not turn in my community service, he has stopped communicating all together and i am now stuck with the remainder of my case and likely going to jail because my lawyer did not communicate. he was paid in full and has not seen the case through the finish.

I attained Stephen Smith for a dui that I was being charged with at first. Before we made it to trial for that hearing I obtained a second DUI. He was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process and was able to get the first DUI Dismissed. Based on no probable cause for the stop. ...Had I not obtained his services this case clearly would not have been dismissed as I am not law savvy. He was very thorough. Otherwise I am sure the outcome would've have been very different. The second DUI we decided to go with deferred prosecution. This included a hit and run attended. This motion was granted and again he was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to family and friends. Without his knowledge of prior cases as well we never would have gotten the first case dismissed.
