Shawn Mccully

I've had two Super Lawyers in the past, both with perfect Avvo 10.0 ratings, both regarded as top 10 and one of them rated as the best of the best and I can tell you, Shawn Mccully is right there with them. Shawn has the grit experience and capability to see your case to the end with the best possibl...e outcome that is achievable. He is as as good as it gets. I had a review hearing and I was without my prior attorney as he was no longer on retainer. Shawn saw me up there alone facing off with the court, understood the gravity of the situation and stepped in on my behalf and battled for me as if I was if most important client. I hired him on a hourly basis for other follow up review hearing or probation violations and eventually retained him for a full fledged new legal proceeding where the charges were dismissed and the outcome was favorable.:. He charges a retainer fee that is a steal for the level of representation you get. He worked with me on a payment timetable if need be every time and he almost always answers my emails regardless if it is after hours or the weekend. The whole team of there is great. Rest assured that you will be in good hands with him.

If anyone out there is unfortunate enough to go through a horrible experience such as myself, all I can say is you would want Shawn defending you. He is knowledgeable about the system and the prosecuting attorney and will give you all of your options and be very up front with you about the process an...d what "typically" happens. He was willing to sit down with me on short notice in the middle of his work day and write a letter to my potential employer's HR department head in regards to the false charge on my record during this process after they processed my background check. He made me feel comfortable in an extremely uncomfortable situation. He was prompt in returning emails, phone calls and texts. He knows what to expect or not expect and he knows how to handle the bullying tactics made my the prosecution. I would highly recommend Shawn if you get in a situation that requires legal counsel.

Shawn is an excellent lawyer. I was beyond happy with how he helped me. I was facing some sericous charges because of the tremendous lies from the "victim" in my case. The other woman. He saw through her trying to extort thousands of dollars from me by using the courts and the PA to do it. He was a g...ood negotiator and ultimately went to the PA with the truth and motives of the "victim" and they dropped all the charges. I am very pleased. He was a very claming force and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend his services to other friends, but none of us get into trouble.

I cannot express how wonderful Shawn McCully is. There is no doubt whatsoever I would HIGHLY recommend him if you're having legal issues. I unfortunately got in trouble back a couple of years ago and he was my Defending Attorney. Mr. McCully represented me a few years ago and was able to get the best possible outcome in my situation.
