If anyone out there is unfortunate enough to go through a horrible experience such as myself, all I can say is you would want Shawn defending you. He is knowledgeable about the system and the prosecuting attorney and will give you all of your options and be very up front with you about the process an...d what "typically" happens. He was willing to sit down with me on short notice in the middle of his work day and write a letter to my potential employer's HR department head in regards to the false charge on my record during this process after they processed my background check.
