Don has been great to me.

Don and his staff were super supportive and took care of me with ease. Everything was clear and he made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the way he handled my bankruptcy with ease.

Don did a great job in every way

I walked into Don's office feeling totally defeated. My life had changed drastically and my finances were in ruin. I felt like a total failure. Don presented me with my options and helped me realize I had friends. He led me through the Chapter 13 process and helped me through each step. I walked... away from it all with my dignity intact and looking forward to a better financial future.

Exactly as advertised!

I chose Don Tesch to represent me in my bankruptcy filing because of what I read of his practice on his website. The thing that attracted me was his claim to see his clients as people and to give them the individual attention necessary for them to feel as though they were being heard and seen as jus...t people -- people going through tough times, but just plain people nonetheless. Don spent considerable time with me in our initial consultation. My case on the surface was not complicated at all and in fact there was the possibility that I didn't have to file for bankruptcy. We discussed my options in great detail. In the course of our consultation issues came to light that potentially complicated my filing. He listened to all I had to say. He asked very specific and important questions and he made it clear to me that in fact I did have options. I made the choice in the end to file as I felt that for me and my personal situation it was the right thing for me to do. Don was both professional and quite personable. It was clear to me that I made right choice in hiring him. At one point during the process I became concerned about the potential outcome and called Don to discuss my concerns. He was right there for me and was clearly on my side. In my case pretty much everything turned out exactly the way he told me it would when it came to my hearing. Things unfolded as he told me they would. As of this writing, my case has not yet been discharged and any potential complication between now and then will just be what it will be; still, exactly as Don told me it would go. I couldn't be happier with my decision to hire Don Tesch. One could certainly hire a less expensive bankruptcy attorney. But for my money, Don Tesch is money well spent! I recommend him highly.
