Gregory M. Skidmore focuses his practice on representing both individuals and companies in a wide variety of civil and business litigation matters with a primary focus on employment litigation.
Gregory represents clients in cases involving age, disability, and gender discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, unpaid wages, employment contract disputes, unemployment benefits appeals, and wrongful discharge in federal, state, and tribal courts and before governmental agencies such as the EEOC and DOL.
