Irving A. Sonkin is the senior partner of Sonkin & Schrempp, PLLC. He has practiced law in the State of Washington since 1974.
“Irv graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1973. Irv earned a Masters of Arts in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1986.
“Prior to going to law school, Irv worked as an auditor for Haskins & Sells (currently named Deloitte and Touche). Irv’s law practice focus is on: (1) all issues related to closely held businesses; (2) the ownership and use of real estate; and (3) estate planning. He advises his clients, drafts documents and pleadings for them, negotiates on their behalf and represents them in litigation. Irv is rated AV by Martindale Hubbel.
