My husband and I wanted simple Wills similar to our original Wills. We hired Theresa to guide us in updating our Wills without a lot of trusts. She recommended a Disclaimer Credit Shelter Trust which she set up. Besides our Wills, we each had a Health Directive drawn up as well as Durable Powers of ...Attorney. When we were ready, Theresa sent us instruction sheets to follow to make sure we had our Wills (initialed on each page) and Health Care Directives witnessed and our Durable Powers of Attorney notarized. Throughout our process with Theresa she answered all our questions. A final finishing touch was when Theresa asked that we copy all the “signature pages” to make sure all the paperwork was, in the case of Wills and Health Care Directives, signatures witnessed and in the case of Durable Powers of Attorney, notarized, then all the sheets emailed to Theresa. She let us know that everything was good to go.
