He’s been a member of the Alaska Bar and Montana Bar and has successfully argued before the Washington State Supreme Court on two occasions. Exceptional and Outstanding
My family made the right choice to hire Kurt to represent us in our dad's probate case. He made sure we received all required documentation in a timely manner. He explained the legal terms and was very supportive. He was always kind, patient, professional, and thorough. Kurt did an amazing job from onset to closure.

My family and I were extremely blessed and honored to have had Mr. Kurt Lichtenberg to serve and to work along with us, as our Family Law Attorney, after the passing of our precious loving Dad. I give Kurt 5/5 Stars I would give 10 stars if possible!
I and my siblings had the privilege of working with Kurt when my father passed away. Kurt was very professional, communicative and respectful. He thoroughly walked us through the estate process. There were some rough times of handling the estate with one of our siblings. But overall Kurt stayed committed to finishing the the task successfully. He did a phenomenal job. I recommend Mr. Lichtenberg for anyone seeking a excellent probate lawyer.

You want Kurt on your side
Kurt helped me with my divorce in 2015 and I was very happy with his advice and the way he handled the curve balls from the representatives of my ex-wife. I still consider Kurt my go to lawyer when I need it.

Experienced and direct
After pretending for six months that I was able to handle the technicalities of a divorce I was opposed to, I accepted reality and looked for representation. Kurt was one of two lawyers referred to me by an arbitrator. After scheduling two introductory interviews, I saw Kurt first and cancelled the second. His obvious facility with the law and decades of experience lead quickly to getting the paperwork aligned and a final divorce agreement agreed to. Through give and take, the parties agreed to a fair outcome. I would recommend Kurt without reservation.

Very honest man
Kurt has worked with me on legal issues for over 20 years. He is honest, reliable and told me what to expect at every turn. I would trust him on any issue. Anyone that says anything different did not listen to him. He will not sugar coat anything. He knows what he is talking about. He is not out to get rich, he works hard and respects his clients.

Dependable and down to earth
Kurt provide great advice, is very responsive, keep things simple and minimize red tape/overhead. I have been a client of his for more than 10 years.

Family Law Experience
I worked with Kurt on a family law matter that was highly contested. He anticipated virtually every move in the process and provided strong counsel throughout. Despite the many twists and turns of the case, he remained steadfast and the final settlement was very close to where we had initially anticipated it would be. You do have to review the written briefs closely to ensure that they represent your points prior to submission, but you should do that with any attorney.
