Extremely disappointing. After receiving my $5,000+ retainer, I was essentially ghosted. Then, the retainer was exhausted in less than two weeks with little to show for it. I was never kept informed about the work being done. Be aware that once you sign, all niceties are ogone and even routine emails... will be billed at more than $300 each. Based on my experience, I did not feel supported or treated like a real person. I was surprised by charges that I felt were not clearly explained and I felt the process was unnecessarily prolonged. When I asked for basic clarification about my case and billing, I left those conversations feeling dismissed and gaslit.
