No situation is too small or too large!

I went to Mr. Jones with a problem with my previous landlord (which was a big organization), where they were saying I owed money. It had been over the allotted time for them to contact me regarding any past due money, I informed them I needed the paperwork; to which they did not send me a statement.... I tried to send demand letters by myself and they ignored me for over two months. I finally met with Mr. Jones and he wrote a demand letter, that’s when a representative contacted us, informing Mr. Jones about the owed money. Mr. Jones argued for me that their records were wrong and they in fact owed me the money. Mr. Jones never gave up on me, he knew I was doing everything right and he advised me that I needed to file a small claim against the big organization. I was so pleased that he would listen to my concerns and assure me that I would win. Once the case was filed in small claims, we found information which indicated the huge organization was trying to commit fraud and he pounced on calling the organization out. This helped in me getting almost twice what I originally would have in our settlement, he also cut my bill because he knew I needed the money. I know my fight with my previous landlord took less time because I had Mr. Jones in my corner, and I am very thankful that I went to him and his team.

What a God Send!

Richard saved our home from a MERS foreclosure. Without him, we would have been on the street. His knowledge in the area of foreclosure is represented in the reported cases he has argued and it shows in court. What a god send!
