Good Advice
Being a longtime professional I know when I'm seeing one, even when like me I have known Mr. Shucklin since eighth grade, so there is a long and positive record of this man for me both inside and outside his occupation. A fine lawyer who helped me sort out issues related to a family estate.

Worst mistake I ever made
Very un-knowledgeable and led me down the wrong path. Told me this was a "non-alimony" state, and robbed me of any alimony I had coming. My ex had a retirement set up for us both, from a 20 year marriage, and told me I had to find another lawyer if I wanted to attempt to get any portion of the fund....

I highly recommend Phil for any divorce or child custody issues.
