I asked for help with a traffic infraction case. We communicated with Pavel's office only via phone. All my phone inquiries were addressed courteously and professionally by Pavel personally and by his team members. I was expecting to pay some reduced fee (in addition to a lawyer fee amount) because... so far as I heard, the court where the ticket was assigned is a very strict one.
