Stellar legal skills and helps you fight for your rights

Todd was so helpful with my divorce. He fought for me and encouraged me to fight for things my children needed, despite my fears. Todd helped me through a temp orders hearing, two contempt hearings and ultimately finalized my divorce and PP. Todd did not give up on me and always made me feel im...portant as a client. Todd was concerned for how I, as well as my children, were doing. I have recommended Todd and will continue to do so.

He’s honest, he really cares and he works hard.

He’s honest, he really cares and he works hard. Michael Todd Davis is an outstanding attorney, extremely professional and the most honorable man I’ve ever met. Todd was the only attorney I trusted to represent me in very recent custody matter that was extremely complicated, contentious and nasty. Tod...d’s exhaustive research, meticulous organization and preparation, years of experience and eextraordinary working knowledge of the law resolved the matter quickly and in my favor in a matter of weeks without excessive litigation. The considerable time and attention Todd dedicated to my case was extensive, Todd’s final product was so comprehensive my ex-husband admitted “adequate cause,” conceded custody and agreed to child support with a minimal amount of fuss. Todd never treated me as “just another case,” he was kind, compassionate and took the time necessary to discuss possibilities, choices and outcomes in terms I could understand. As I am disabled, Todd always came to me in Seattle, a terrible commute from his Bellevue office. Empathy combined with an innate expertise in family law based on his many years of service have made Todd a brilliant attorney, someone to be reckoned with. I am so grateful he chose to be on my side. Thank you Todd, you’ve given me my life back.

Very efficient, caring and honest attorney

Mr. Davis is a very knowledgable, caring, and extremely efficient attorney who will always give you his honest assessment of your situation. He's not going to sugar-coat things or tell you what you want to hear, he's going to give you the honest truth. If you're looking for someone who will go to b...attle for you, then you have found the right attorney, just be upfront with him and he will give you the same in return. I, for one, would definitely use him as my attorney again if I was ever in the need for one.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
