Mark also has experience representing municipalities. Mark has experience before state and federal trial and appeallate courts as well as before the state Office of Administrative Hearings.

Mark has advised clients regarding intellectual property rights, has litigated intellectual property claims, and has litigated before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Mark has aided clients in appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit, and the Washington State Court of Appeals.

Mark has experience advising and litigating on behalf of employers and employees on issues such as unpaid wages, unemployment benefits, and responding to potential adverse employer actions.
