Best Lawyer Out There.

I hired Gene Piculell to help me with a felony case in Seattle after number attorney referred me to him. As soon as Mr. Piculell took over the case my case started moving forward-after he met with me several times he explained to me the best defense strategy and discussed in detail with me--I had a l...ot of questions and I was very stressed but he talked to me every time and talked me thru it. We went to trial on the case in King County Superior Court and after the jury trial case started Mr. Piculell started our defense-he filed briefs that I was entrapped by the cops on a sting-I had an internet case-then after starting the jury trial the Prosecutor offer a big reduction on the charges, to non prison time, on a lower charge dismissing the 20 year potential I was facing, avoiding registration and saving my life. It was obvious that Mr. Piculell had the respect of the Prosecutor. I paid him $15,000.00 and worth every penny. I've told Mr. Piculell many times how much I appreciate what he has done for me. I called him 'brother' all thru my case-he was there for me. After my case was closed I was trying to get my money back from the previous attorney that Mr. Piculell took over the case from--Mr. Piculell helped me with that too to try to get my money from that other attorney!! Mr. Piculell did not charge me a thing to help me with that!!

The man for the job!

Great comunicator answers all my question every single one, confident in what he does, good on the money, got my case dismissed. I hire Gene for all my criminal charges and he gets me out of the mess all the time. Strongly recommend him for your case.

Highly recommend this attorney

Mr. Piculell represented me for a DUI charge. He was very easy to work with and always took the time to answer my questions and calls. He also seemed knowledgable and experienced and it showed as he seemed to work with ease with the court system for me. He managed to get my charge reduced some.

Damian Gorbet/criminal tresspass

I hired Gene in the spring of 2016 to handle a criminal trespass charge in the city of Bellevue, Wa, I was also on a records check program with the city of Bellevue on a previous trespassing case so I was looking at some trouble with the court system. Gene negotiated with the prosecutor and wonderf...ully enough they agreed to drop the new charge as long as I performed 2 days of community service on the old case. I was very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Gene to handle any criminal case. I also hired Gene on a DUI case in 2001 and he was able to get this charge dropped. Gene is a very thoughtful and professional attorney and I will not hesitate to hire him in the future if needed.
