After a few days of searching for the right attorney for our challenge we kept returning to Britney's Firm. They assigned Britney to our case due to her expertise. After our consult we knew that we had a match. Our family found that working with Britney assisted in keeping us up-to-date, informed and... willing to explore options wisely. In this case we needed an attorney with business contract and litigation knowledge. This was a particularly sensitive situation. Britney was able to swiftly assist us in resolving our challenge and retrieve money owed. Yes, we would/will absolutely recommend her.

I worked with Britney on the sellers side of a real estate transaction with no other attorney or real estate agent. Britney was representing the buyer and I, the seller. We managed a somewhat non typical transaction for our current busy PNW real estate market and Britney was VERY on top of every deta...il in the best way. As an agent it's not always the easiest to deal with real estate attorneys and Britney was top notch to work with. Both buyer and seller walked away with smiles and we left with a fantastic report with each other. In winter of 2016 a contractor caused major damage to our property during installation of a water heater by puncturing a hole through a pipe in the wall. As the extent of the damage became clear, they stopped responding to all communications and left us on our own to deal with the damages totaling o...ver $30,000. My wife and I paid out of pocket to have the damages repaired and hired a [a different] legal firm to follow up on the issue. They did not make any progress for about 9 month. We had to call them multiple times / send a few emails to get any updates from them. Minding you this law firm was recommended by my companies legal program. After getting completely frustrated with that law firm, we got introduced to Britney through a friend. From first contact it was a whole different experience. She was to point, clear on what she wanted from us for each step. She did an amazing job staying on top of the communications while keeping us update and in the loop. Britney is a tough negotiator! She did an amazing job calling their bluff when needed and pushing back with just the right amount of pressure to resolve the issue quickly while getting the fair value for our damages and troubles. She negotiated through multiple offers and landed us a very nice value significantly over the initial settlement proposal.

We worked with Britney recently to close our house as we decided to buy the house we were renting. This led to quite a few interesting developments that Britney was consistently on top of and ultimately led to a smooth closing. Without her we likely would have ended up with the wrong type of deed! B...ritney is a pleasure to deal with and her responsiveness was super refreshing. We closed in 12 business days largely due to Britney staying one step ahead of us the whole way. I'd highly recommend her to anyone searching for a lawyer.
