Andy has been my Business Attorney since 1993. During this period I have owned 27 Businesses and done 21 Start-ups. He has helped me through: -3 Trucking Companies -Clothing Line and Clothing Manufacturer -13 Restaurants -Minor League Baseball Team - In Canada -Advertising Company- Start-up ... -Arco Station, am/pm C-Store- The Development of the Building and Business -Fuel Company- Global Advanced Fuels -Business Brokerage- Car Wash Brokers -Distressed Real Estate Company -Acquisition Company - Transcapital Investments - 2 Sports related Businesses -Part owner in a Sports Agency. Sports Acquisition Company in California These are just the ones we started or purchased. There are dozens more that we looked at and did due diligence together that we did not purchase for one reason or another. Example, a Regional Trucking Company in Florida that had 300 Tractors and 350 Trailers and two Terminals. We worked on that deal for almost one year. Andy handling all of the contracts and most of the due diligence, and acting as our adviser every step of the way. Then there is Major League Baseball, we are on our 7th campaign to purchase a MLB Team. Andy has been indispensable in the work of negotiating and creating contracts on our attempts to pull together the right Investors and to negotiate a deal with the Sellers. Starting 8 years ago with the Orioles, then -The Rangers- we were the first group to Offer on the Team, Andy handled the contracts and advised very closely. -Astros - We were part of Harvey Schiller's Group and we had a signed deal -Padres -Part of Jeff Moorad's Group -Dodgers - Andy connected us contractually to the Gold/Disney Group and handled all of the negotiations between their attorney and got it done in 2 days. Fantastic job! He wrote up the first 2 Offers made on the Dodgers -Padres 2- We were part of Gary Jabara's Group, again Andy handled our contractual negotiations and advised our Management Group very closely. -Now we are working on an inside opportunity to purchase a Team and 271 acres. Andy has been my right arm for 23 years. I rely on him to do analysis of what we are doing and how we are doing it. He is involved in every aspect as my coach on how we should start or purchase a business and how to handle all the hurdles that come up along the way. Andy is more than an attorney to me, he is a major part of our management team. I am an Operator who is also a Business Broker. So when I am not Buying and Selling Businesses for my clients, I am doing it for myself. I have over 400 hard copy files on businesses, that we have Listed and/or sold, some of them more than once. Andy has been my adviser through all of it. Many times I have had a client in front of me with a question that we could not figure out. So, I would call Andy and put him on the speaker phone to help us. He has handled most of our Entities and also written the Operating Agreements. Andy is very knowledgeable as an attorney and a business consultant. He also knows Bankruptcy very well, and has advised me on many opportunities that either my client or I were looking at purchasing. I trust Andy's judgement and have lived by it for the last 23 years.
