OUTCOME: All but three claims against my client were dismissed with prejudice on summary judgment. We settled within three weeks of order of dismissal for roughly 30% of the cost of trying the claims that survived the motion for summary judgment

16 count RICO claim by tribe against former business development associates filed in USDC WD WA. I represented one of the defendants in this three year marathon $90 million federal court litigation.
