I was referred to Tim by a friend. At the time I thought I had virtually no rights as a father. My wife was getting involved with a person that I felt was unworthy to be around our three young children. There were drugs issues and illegal activities going on. My wife was very confident that I had no ...rights. Tim and Robin on the other hand, assured me that I most certainly did have rights. I didn't believe them. Very long story short. After a year and one half long divorce trial, I received full custody of my three children. During which time, Tim and his office proved that there were circumstances that were not at all acceptable for kids. He didn't fill me with false hopes and promises, instead he explained the facts and how the courts would interprete them such that I could even understand the trouble I was in.
