He asked tough questions of both parties, challenged unreasonable positions (from both sides), and helped us reach a settlement that was fair and workable. I hired Tim over five years ago for my divorce. I was scared, I was hurt, I thought I had nothing. I didn't know what to do or how I was going to do it.
