He constantly told us to trust him. Almost every time we asked a question, he would say I do this day in and day out, you have to trust me. He asked for more money to go to court, and dragged his feet and we never went to court. He asked for the same documents on multiple occasions, saying i...t would just be easier if we sent it again... and of course charging us again. He missed or didn't review all of the documents provided to him. He would say he'll forward us the document and he'll make time to review it later. He never had input though, only discussed what we brought up. He knowingly allowed documents with mistakes. He is easily led by opposing counsel if they have more experience. When we mentioned firing him, he said we couldn't, and submitted a notice of withdrawal to the court.

Brian took over a case that we had started prior to him coming to his current firm and made it his. He has given us the personal attention that you would expect during such a critical case. We both recommend him and his team very much. I have no reason to believe that he would not take such pride... in every case he is involved with.

Brian has been an amazing attorney from the moment we first spoke. I went into do a parenting plan on my own with out an attorney and I lost.
