Erica Strader

As another reviewer stated, she's keeping retainers, my experience is that she has thus far kept my money (near $1,000) and is not returning calls. I realized she never refunded it from two years ago. I recently reached out to her, and after not hearing from her for 19 days, I showed up at her hous...e. She told me to reach out to her if I didn't receive a check by the end of the week, but I didn't receive it, and she's again ignoring correspondence. She was displeased with me showing up at her door, but I was displeased (still am) about not getting my money. I've waited another 10 days since I showed up at her address, and while she said she sent it, she has not responded when I've contacted her again saying i didn't receive it. I will now report her to the Oregon State Bar, Attorney General's office and whatever else I can find. I suggest anyone being a victim of hers do the same.

Erica started out great, however, as things needed to be filed or attention needed to button up files, she was MIA. Request after request went ignored and cost time and money for child support that was never received and so needed. The final straw was $3000 given as a retainer that was never used a...nd Erica has simply ignored the requests for the return of the money when she was finally let go for not following through with the case. It has been several weeks and still no response. So, on with suing this attorney for stealing $3k.

I tried using Erica for my divorce. Erica would transpose information that I would send to her for example I told her that my ex-husband paid $200 Less in child support so she Drew up a document that said he was only paying $200 in child support. So then I would have to have her fix these things whic...h would charge me money every time it went to review. I sent a 14-page facts and it took her over a month to draw the information where there were multiple things that she misconstrued. Only dragging my divorce out longer I ended up not using Erica to finalize my divorce and using my ex-husband's attorney to basically be a mediator to finalize my divorce because she was so awful.
