Kyle J Piro

Both Kyle and his assistant have been difficult to reach, at best. I pay for advice which also appears to change depending on his whim of the day. I paid for advice A for what would happen should X come true. X came true, and his advice A changed to B contingent on Y happening. Y happened, and now h...is advice has changed to C. I had already expressed my dissatisfaction about him being hard to reach, and last time he asked me for additional information based on responses from the other party. When I sent him the information, I still got no response. I feel like I"m constantly ghosted. I'm not sure what I'm paying for, but it's clear I'm not getting my moneys worth. I've paid almost $2,000 for getting yanked around. I'd like my money back, but ... lawyers.

An attorney, who did not handle divorce cases, originally referred me to Kyle; which by itself is a testament to Kyle’s ability and reputation. I soon learned that his reputation is well deserved. Kyle was competent, well versed in the law, and consistently offered ideas to help conserve assets and... minimize my cost throughout the process. He listened to my concerns, yet kept our conversations focused, and helped me eliminate issues that were irrelevant to the case. Kyle did a great job in a hostile divorce situation. He was recommended to me by a co-worker when after separation the Mother of my 5 year old daughter decided to take her away and not let me see or talk to her. Needless to say I was very upset and at a loss; to make matters worse my ex wife filed ...multiple unfounded reports of abuse against me and proceeded to drag my name through the mud with family, friends and parents in my community. Although this was emotionally one of the lowest points in my life, Kyle was able to calm me down and through his experience explain the process needed to get parenting time restored as well as a long term strategy for proving these accusations false all the while explaining why some of the actions I wanted to take against my ex wife to retaliate for her actions were bad ideas. As time passed during the divorce proceedings, trusting Kyle's advice resulted in a positive long term outcome. Kyle was there when I needed help and always responded quickly to phone calls and emails throughout a very difficult time. He crafted documents to the court which truly captured the nature of what was happening to me and my daughter and kept my ex and her attorney on their heels.
