I’m a student at COCC who had a very cut and dry case of reckless driving and two felony eluding the police charges. Seriously injured in the last, I was limited in funds. Casey understood this and helped me plead guilty with while diverting the felony. Someone of weaker character may have tried to c...onvince me into an expensive trial, with the high probability of defeat. Casey was professional and compassionate, and am in his debt for saving my future. Seldom do you meet people who just make you feel good from the moment you meet them. Casey and his team embody qualities which makes one feel at ease. I had 2 previous duii & got a duii for my medical marijuana for epilepsy. I had a unique situation but Casey handled it amazing for me & supported the decision that had to be made under the circumstances. I selected Mr. Baxter to defend me against charges stemming from a DUI arrest. In addition to the DUI, I was also charged with reckless driving and interfering with the duties of a peace officer.
