Wonderful civil rights attorney

Jamie, while she didn't help me personally, she did help a case I was assisting to get two boys incorrectly put into foster care by a greedy caseworker back to the parents. Despite massive odds against her by the state and DHS including 27 key witnesses Jamie won this case and the Judge was shocked b...y the way this all happened. I have firsthand knowledge that what she was up against is absolutely the norm with Oregon DHS and I hope they start changing instead of looking at each child in foster care with $$$$$$.

Delightful, Diligent, Dependable

Jamie is advocating for me through an ugly divorce with a custody battle. She is rock-solid. I can count on her to listen and understand the details of my situation, as well as take the right action for the good of my family. Jamie gets back to me in a timely manner and speaks directly to the issue a...t hand. She is amazingly knowledgeable, personable, and well-respected in the courtroom. She does her homework and comes appropriately prepared for whatever is going on that day. I feel valued and well-represented. If you're looking for an attorney who is a real person, who diligently and professionally does her job, who listens and communicates effectively, who doesn't hem-haw around, nor sound like a "lawyer robot," I highly recommend Jamie.

Jamie is a first rate attorney

Jamie Gerlitz has been my attorney since October of 2007. She represented me through a difficult and complicated divorce and later a child custody modification. Even now, if I have a legal question and contact her, she gets back to me right away with an informed answer. She is kind, empathetic, di...plomatic and does not judge. Jamie is resourceful, creative and smart as hell. Don't let the cute dimples fool you. She is a force to be reckoned with. Jamie is also very polite and extremely professional in manner, dress and verbiage. You can tell how highly intelligent she is by her vocabulary. She is very well spoken. Jamie is a very dedicated and loyal attorney who posesses a stellar work ethic. I have never had to call or email her twice. Jamie advocates on her clients behalf with such passion and extraordinary dedication. She makes you feel like you are her only client but you know you couldn't be. She is that good.
