After doing a rather thorough review of my options I was not impressed favorably with what I found untill I called Mr Casey Baxters office. Against me was a witness that didn't understand what... he thought he saw and an instigator that thought he was getting away with causing an accident and creating chaos putting many people's very lives at risk. The district attorney was wanting to pin two felonies and a misdemeanor on me. It is an uphill battle when you have witnesses against you and Mr. Casey Baxter managed to get all the original charges dropped along with the need to get finger printed, mug shot, do community service and restitution. That was no easy thing to accomplish but by putting my trust in him I received the confedent guidance that I needed to persevere and overcome the huge injustice that I was being burdened with. I am a 32-year veteran of the Oregon Army National Guard, retiring as a brigadier general. Concurrently, I served 35 years as a law enforcement professional and executive; 27 years with the Portland Police, retiring as a captain and 8 years as the United States Marshal Service for the District of Ore...gon.
