I appreciated Kyle's help, advice and expertise with my recent divorce. It was imperative to me that my divorce be completed as quickly as possible. It is a truly painful experience, and I wanted it over. Kyle listened to me and truly worked fast and efficient so that I could have the rapid closur...e that I needed. Kyle did a great job in a hostile divorce situation. He was recommended to me by a co-worker when after separation the Mother of my 5 year old daughter decided to take her away and not let me see or talk to her. Needless to say I was very upset and at a loss; to make matters worse my ex wife filed ...multiple unfounded reports of abuse against me and proceeded to drag my name through the mud with family, friends and parents in my community. Although this was emotionally one of the lowest points in my life, Kyle was able to calm me down and through his experience explain the process needed to get parenting time restored as well as a long term strategy for proving these accusations false all the while explaining why some of the actions I wanted to take against my ex wife to retaliate for her actions were bad ideas. Kyle's ability to listen and understand my situation were key. He was able to quickly get a judgment against my ex-wife and restore my parenting time. As time passed during the divorce proceedings, trusting Kyle's advice resulted in a positive long term outcome. Kyle was there when I needed help and always responded quickly to phone calls and emails throughout a very difficult time. He crafted documents to the court which truly captured the nature of what was happening to me and my daughter and kept my ex and her attorney on their heels. At the end of the day teaming up with Kyle was the best thing I could have done. Thanks for all your hard work Kyle! Great job!
