I have retained Devin twice now in an on going custody battle. Each time we have won. Both court appearances involved the enforcement of parenting time filed from my child’s father. The second appearance was much more complex. I had chosen to leave the state with my child although there was an existi...ng parenting plan and court order in place. Although I had very good reasons to relocate, I had a good chance of being in a lot of trouble with the courts if I didn’t have Devin on my side to articulate to the courts that it was in my child’s best interest.
