Process was so smooth and effortless, and went fairly quickly. He was very personal and easy to work with, and easy to reach by email. It was the best experience I have had with an attorney. I would hire him again if needed.
My son was arrested in 2017 and charged with sixteen felony crimes because he believed a manipulative and disturbed young girl. My son never intended to commit any crime. He was defended by Greg Day, one of the most moral and intelligent men I've ever met. To be clear...he was my son's public defender. And public defenders as a general rule aren't capable of a lengthy, in depth, time consuming trial. But he made time, and did everything a 100k$ private lawyer could've done and more. If you want the entire story you can find it online. My son's name is Bryan Tucker, and my name is Shawn Tucker. And we are forever indebted to Gregory Day and his assistant Sylvia. May they keep up the good fight and bring justice to a justice system which has lost it's way.
Thank you Greg and Sylvia. True heroes.

Highly Recommend
We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Day and his team. He and his staff were timely, professional, communicative and caring in the handling, navigation, and execution of our daughter's guardianship and private adoption case. Attention to detail and a willingness/dedication to due diligence helped us to feel confident and secure throughout the long and arduous adoption process. We were kept well informed by Sylvia, his amazing staff member and Mr. Day was quick to respond to any inquiry or issue that need resolution. We would highly recommend Mr. Day and are thankful for the successful completion of our case.

Much Appreciation
Mr. Day helped me tremendously with my divorce case. He helped me gain custody of my step-daughter. I appreciated that he was there for me every step of the way with my alimony situation and everything else in the case. I also appreciated that he had one on one meetings with me and was there when I had any questions or concerns about my case. He and his office were a great support system for me when I needed it most. I can not thank him enough for all that he has done.

Rude and can’t get pass the secretaries
We were referred to Freudenberg at this law firm by our realtor and was told he was unavailable and we were shuffled off to Mr. Day. We were told they would charge us for a consult. Upon investigating this lawyer, we found that he had no previous apparent experience in property law , just family law and criminal law. We immediately called back to inquire about his qualifications/ legal specialty. We were met with an unprofessional receptionist who wouldn’t relay the message to ask these questions. After several calls, his secretary says that he doesn’t practice criminal and family law any more which his only reviews are all about. Because we asked for a call back from the secretary or to cancel the appointment, without ever talking to any of the lawyers of the firm, they unprofessionally decided they did not want our business when they finally called us back. If you have a property law issue we recommend you go elsewhere because they were apparently unqualified and unprofessional.

Response from Gregory DaySeptember 15, 2021
I was out of the office at the time, but after our staff's initial communications with this client my partners determined that these people would be better served by somebody else.

Poor service/no service
I scheduled just a sit down appt with Greg concerning social security problems. The office rescheduled my appointment, which I was okay with. Then, after waiting over 2 weeks. They cancelled my appointment and said he wasn't available for over 2 months. He never even heard about my case. I gave him one star because they were nice enough to call me 2 1/2 hrs before my appointment
