The State of Oregon, through the Department of Human Services (DHS) Child Protective Services (CPS), took my client's children from his home and placed the children in foster care. My client denied the ... allegations. We refused to settle with the State. Instead, we went to trial to make the State prove its case. Ultimately, after hearing from both sides at trial, the Judge dismissed the case and ordered DHS to return the children to my client.
