My 90-year-old mother in-law fell at a local Grocery store and was badly injured. I contacted grocery store insurance company and asked was there anything they could do to help her. They were very nice and promised to keep in touch every Thursday until she recovered. Needless to say, at 90 this was a... life-threatening fall. Long story short - the grocery insurance company closed off all avenues to contact them directly forcing us to contact Slesinger and DE venue and work with Shayla Steyart who did an admiral job. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is I had to repeatedly call to seek status of claim and prod forward movement. The end came rapidly after about 6 months, and she was awarded a nice settlement that was paid rapidly after settlement. If the grocery insurance company had just worked with her and kept communication lines open, they would have saved a couple of hundred thousand dollars. Their choice, I guess. I would work with Shayla again.
