My 90-year-old mother in-law fell at a local Grocery store and was badly injured. I contacted grocery store insurance company and asked was there anything they could do to help her. They were very nice and promised to keep in touch every Thursday until she recovered. Needless to say, at 90 this was a... life-threatening fall. I, driver #1 was struck by driver #2 from behind , while traveling on the freeway. It was a horrific accident that shut down the freeway. My minor child was in the vehicle with me. A large pick up truck drove into me and my Honda Civic in July 2017, while I was stopped waiting for a red light. Local store managers witnessed the truck did not even slow down.
