Lawyer Up with the best

I cannot say enough good things about my attorney, Art Stevens. He’s truly a powerhouse of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. From the moment we connected, they listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. What impr...essed me most was their attention to detail and fierce advocacy on my behalf. He went above and beyond to make sure my best interests were protected, and their guidance made a stressful situation so much more manageable. If you’re looking for an attorney who is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely cares about your outcome, look no further. I highly recommend him without hesitation!

Absolutely the Best and worth every penny

Mr Stevens and his team are great. They have represented me twice. I tried to deal with the workers comp system and Saif on my own and quickly found out just how badly they will treat you. They will take advantage of your situation and your injury to cheat you out of what you're owed. Mr Stevens and ...Teresa are the best and worth every penny.

Mr. WJ Richey

My case was handled very efficiently and professionally. He has so much experience in this field that I would not want anyone else.

Caring Attorney with Workers' Comp Expertise

Work related "stress" claims are difficult to prove in Oregon. After many rejections from other attorneys I was fortunate enough to try Art Stevens. Art was not afraid to take my case! After my Workers' Compensation claim was denied Art expertly guided me through the appeal process. His knowledg...e, experience and expertise with Oregon Workers' Comp law was invaluable in helping me attain a settlement. I felt listened to and cared about. He went to great lengths to explain the legal processes thoroughly and ensured I took every step necessary to gather the evidence needed for a successful mediation, or, hearing, if it came down to that. The situation with my former employer was quite complex and involved a separate civil employment discrimination complaint. Art helped keep me focused on the most important aspects of both cases and worked in tandem with my attorney for the civil case. He guided the cases into a successful global mediation. This saved me the added stress of hearings and potentially years of court action. If you need an experienced attorney who believes in you and your case Art Stevens is the one to call!

Superb Professional Acumen

Mr. Stevens has extraordinary, interpersonal skills, communicating abilities, and has a brilliant acumen in the field of disability law. His medical knowledge is significantly above average for a non-physician, because of his extensive history in the field. I recommend him highly for individual seeki...ng disability or employment-related benefits because of his extraordinary skills and considerate, interested care.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Art for over 25 years. I first met him when he was working for SAIF. He was a good lawyer, but obviously miscast. After he started representing injured workers he was much happier. He is incredibly smart and a great advocate for his clients."
