Alex made a potentially tough situation seem easy.
My father died unexpectedly without any estate planning. His estate was spilt several ways and the process was difficult to navigate. He owned a home, multiple vehicles, several financial accounts and various other issues that needed to be ironed out. I hired Alex to help get the probate filed, my...

Highly recommend
Alex was great to work with, he was very thorough when explaining what I was to expect through the process of being granted custody. Anytime I reached out with a question he was very prompt at answering. I have had other attorneys in the past who were not as thorough and seemed to take their time wit...

Unprofessional and greedy
I worked with Alex on a custody case. He took a $5k retainer, then immediately went on vacation without notifying anyone. His attitude and demeanor were atrocious. He is a prime example of an overpriced and under qualified lawyer just looking to make a quick buck off of his community.
Sorry Eric but your claims are untrue. I did not "take" your $5k retainer. You promptly received a full refund (your entire $5k) after it was quickly determined you should seek other counsel. Sorry we weren't a better fit. I wish you the best of luck going forward.

First of all, I’m a difficult client. I put things off; I drag my feet. Classic procrastinator. I was recently facing a custody/parenting time issue with a court date looming. With a scant three weeks until the trial I still hadn’t locked down any representation. After a bit of a scramb...
