Unprofessional and greedy
I worked with Alex on a custody case. He took a $5k retainer, then immediately went on vacation without notifying anyone. His attitude and demeanor were atrocious. He is a prime example of an overpriced and under qualified lawyer just looking to make a quick buck off of his community.
Sorry Eric but your claims are untrue. I did not "take" your $5k retainer. You promptly received a full refund (your entire $5k) after it was quickly determined you should seek other counsel. Sorry we weren't a better fit. I wish you the best of luck going forward.
