My father died unexpectedly without any estate planning. His estate was spilt several ways and the process was difficult to navigate. First of all, I’m a difficult client. I put things off; I drag my feet. Classic procrastinator. I was recently facing a custody/parenting time issue with a court date looming. When all was said and done, and the smoke had cleared, I had a reasonable custody and parenting plan in place, without having to step foot in the courtroom. He carved out time from his hectic schedule to deal with something that I should have taken care of months ago. He went above and beyond. I found Alex to be articulate, knowledgeable, and poised.
