Travis Eiva

Travis Eiva's practice focuses on representing people financially or physically harmed by the wrongful conduct of others.

Travis has extensive experience and exerptise in catastrophic and complex personal injury cases.  From start to finish he understands how to take care of every aspect of cases arising from catastrophic car and trucking accidents,medical negligence, unfair insurance denials,  workplace injuries, and criminal assaults. 

Travis is committed to making sure that the law protects everyday, working families and not just powerful interest groups. The guiding principle in his practice is that: The law is not settled until it is settled right.

Travis is one of very few attorneys in the state who has obtained multiple, multi-million dollar verdicts as a trial attorney and is also an expert appellate attorney, who regaularly practices and prevails before the Oregon Supreme Court and Oregon Court of Appeals. Because of this breadth of experience, other Oregon attorneys commonly contact Travis and request that he associate on their cases to help their clients. 

Travis writes and publishes articles for professoinal periodicals and academic journals.  He is regularly invited to present trainings to other lawyers on complex legal issues in personal injury law. He regularly writes Amicus briefing to the Oregon Supreme Court on important issues affecting the rights of Oregon citizens. Travis is a member of the Oregon Council on Court Procedures, a small and select group of judges and attorneys who pass the rules of court procedure for all of the trial courts in the State of Oregon. Travis also has been involved in legislative work groups focused on drafting new statutes in Oregon.
