2016 Review: I am so glad that I hired Morgan for my divorce / custody case. He is super smart, intuitive and reads people really well (judge included). My ex was extremely aggressive from the start of our divorce. With Morgan as my lawyer, I felt as confident as I could. I felt prepared and -in ...a way- protected. My ex's lawyer took almost 2 full days to present his side. Morgan handled my side of the trial in less than half of the time; he was concise and made every word count. He was kind and respectful to everyone (including my ex) and he seemed to be well liked by the judge & his peers. He made strong arguments and asked high-impact questions that had the intended effect. All of Morgans predictions about my case were correct and I ended up with custody of our child. 2018 Review: I hired Morgan to represent me during a modification. I did not feel well-represented in this case. He was not prepared during court, was sometimes spaced out. My ex-husband spun a false narrative that the court believed, and I ended up losing a lot. Despite having proof that his assertions were not correct (emails, texts, child psychologist testimony), Morgan did not build my case or utilize the evidence. It was a traumatic experience for me, as I felt like I was drifting alone in a court during my ex-husbands 3 days of testimony filled with mis-information and lies. I acknowledge that Morgan can be an excellent attorney. I recommend potential clients to make sure that he has capacity to represent them, and do not accept court dates right after he has been on vacation. I recommend that you stay on top of things to make sure that you are being well-represented. I was not impressed by the junior attorney that assisted him.

Morgan assisted me with my divorce, with custody and parenting after a long protracted legal battle with my ex. He was always calm, supportive, well spoken and incredibly well studied and prepared. Morgan has the respect of the courts as his paperwork is consistently correct and timely with his sub...missions. He's not antagonistic and the courts appreciate that. My ex and I were engaged in a very bitter custody battle and she attempted to set things up so that the courts had to award her custody through some less than ethical tactics. Morgan was able to bring the truth of the situation to the courts eyes while always maintaining a high standard of ethics and compassion in doing what was right. Through his presentation to the court, with timing, preparation and command of the english language he was able to assist me in prevailing in my custody/parenting time battle, which I originally never thought would have been possible. His actions in court have set the stage that forced my ex to get along and do what is in the best interests of our children with parenting, behaving as an adult and custody issues, medical, parenting time, school, and all issues related in raising children. His fee's are reasonable and even less expensive than some local divorce attorney's who profess to have more knowledge and experience.
