I advise government entities on all areas of personnel law, including employee discipline and management, employee leave issues including FMLA/OFLA leave, wage and hour issues, and the development of personnel policies. I handle all labor relations matters including employee grievances, unfair labor practice complaints and collective bargaining. I also defend administrative complaints and employment lawsuits in state and federal court, including claims filed with the Bureau of Labor and Industries, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Employment Relations Board.
