Meredith is an important resource for our community
Meredith Holley specializes in helping her clients retain their careers by setting boundaries and consequences with employers who harass their employees. She’s written best-sellers “Career Defense 101: How to Stop Sexual Harassment Without Quitting Your Job” and “The Inclusive Leader's Guide to Healthy Workplace Culture: Prevent Toxic Work Environments, Bullying, Sexual Harassment, and Discrimination”. As a life coach and employment attorney, Meredith teaches clients how to set boundaries and consequences against unethical employers. I hired Meredith for her coaching and legal representation when other employment attorneys wouldn’t take my case because I hadn’t lost my job yet. Employment law has serious limitations with protecting workers until they are terminated. I’ve experienced discrimination and retaliation from my employer, the City of Springfield, for the last 10 years. City leaders had been covering up discrimination, retaliation and other unethical and illegal management practices in the Police and Operations departments in our town for a long time. As local media and lawsuits have exposed Springfield’s ongoing corruption, city officials continue trying to hide their problems. This is why coaching and representation from Meredith is so crucial.

The best thing I did for myself and my family
Meredith is a strategic and savvy lawyer with significant experience in the area of workplace harassment. Even with the #MeToo movement in full force, I found I was afraid to lose my job given the barriers that I encountered inside my organization, and I was able to keep my job and do the work I care about. In my sexual harassment situation I did not know the areas of support that I would need to recover, and they went well beyond legal assistance though that is crucial. In my case I needed to take my power back through setting clearer boundaries and staying in my power during difficult conversations. Her empowering coaching style allowed me to gain new skills and push my limits, and as a result I am now more confident at work and beyond. I promise that hiring Meredith will be the best thing you can do for YOU as your life will be even more impactful in the future.

Compassionate and knowledgeable lawyer
After I was made redundant, Meredith really helped me get to the bottom of the terms of my severance contract and gave me confidence in my dealings with the HR department. Ultimately, she helped me negotiate with the firm and reach a successful resolution for both parties. She responded quickly to any questions I had. She was compassionate and really helped me in when I was going through a difficult time. I highly recommend Meredith. She is an ethical and knowledgable lawyer, and I am so happy that I got to work with her to address the issues surrounding the loss of my job.

Highly recommend Meredith Holley!
Before investing in this program, my boss was sexually harassing at least one coworker and engaging in repeated disrespectful behavior towards women and people of different ethnicities. I felt intensely anxious about my and my female colleagues' safety and well being. I felt incredibly unstable and like I couldn't handle things. After investing in this program, my anxiety decreased exponentially! I learned so many life-changing skills from Meredith, like how to create safety for myself regardless of the outside circumstances and how to adjust my thoughts to create the kinds of feelings and experiences I desire. I became more confident in myself and truly began to believe that I can achieve my dream of becoming a professional artist and creating the life that I want. I improved my ability to set boundaries with my boss and with people in general. I am now able to go to work daily without feeling anxious around my boss. I was able to make a report about my boss's behavior--I felt a lot of anxiety before reporting, but I was able to use the tools and skills Meredith taught me to help me navigate the anxiety and report in a way in which I felt confident and proud of myself. Before I reached out to Meredith, I never would have imagined that I'd have the courage to report and do what I've done to change my work environment! I have the beginning stages of my art business plan! I know you're probably feeling a lot of anxiety right now (and probably a lot of other difficult emotions)--I was there, too, not that long ago. But I truly believe that making the decision to work with Meredith was crucial to my ability to take control of my work situation and life in general. You have the power to turn your situation around! But it starts with deciding that you're worth investing in and caring for yourself. Also, Meredith has a unique specialty--not only can she help you with the legal issues around sexual harassment that might arise, but also, she is dedicated to helping you build the type of career/work situation that lights you up! In addition to being super smart and clearly passionate about the work she does, Meredith is a genuinely kind person. I also appreciated how she wasn't afraid to ask me the hard questions--I knew it came from a place of wanting me to grow and succeed. N.A., Berkeley, CA

personal injury
Her knowledge with legal proceedings and empathetic attitude made for the best experience one could have when dealing with a personal injury suit. After a pretty severe dog bite, Meredith helped me file a lawsuit, prepare for all legal proceedings including, but not limited to, trial, deposition and settlement. She handled every step with utmost professionalism while always moving forward with MY best interest at heart. Meredith often offered words of encouragement and empowerment, something I didn't realize were crucial for getting through such an arduous time. I recommend her services and I will definitely use her services again, if the need arises.
