Joel is personable and non-threatening, very knowledgable, explained every detail clearly and in plain language, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. All the changes we requested after receiving a draft of the trust documents were made correctly ...the first time and there was no need for multiple iterations. The office staff is excellent, very quick to respond to e-mail enquiries and very efficient with respect to setting up appointments and reminding us what we should bring with us.
