Joel is personable and non-threatening, very knowledgable, explained every detail clearly and in plain language, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. All the changes we requested after receiving a draft of the trust documents were made correctly ...the first time and there was no need for multiple iterations. The office staff is excellent, very quick to respond to e-mail enquiries and very efficient with respect to setting up appointments and reminding us what we should bring with us. My husband and I wanted to update our wills, durable powers of attorney and advanced directives. When Erin, in the office made our appt, she asked for our previous documents. I could already tell that Joel would be prepared to meet with us. He was very friendly and relaxed and took notes about the... changes we wanted to make. We received the updated documents in the mail in plenty of time to review them before our follow-up with the final documents and signing. During this review time, Janet, the professional paralegal in his office, answered some questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to be prepared for our final review on the signing appointment. Joel went over the highlights of our final documents and provided a folder with tabs, which is very useful. As the office copies were being made of our originals, we were offered extra copies could be made for us at the same time. That was so nice.
