Probate and Estate Consultation

Power of attorney and estate advice

Due to serious illness of a close relative, we consulted Jinoo Hwang. He produced a power of attorney document so that we could make both medical and financial decisions on our relative's behalf. Because of pending extensive surgery, Mr. Hwang was able to produce this all-inclusive document within... our timeline. He also advised our relative to see an accountant and other professionals to determine the most reasonable way to protect his assets. Mr. Hwang put a lot of thought into our relative's best interests. We were very satisfied, and will be contacting him again for future legal needs.

Highly Recommend!

Working with Jinoo was incredibly comfortable. I was relieved to find his communication to be clear and consise, with no confusing legal jargon. Jinoo's extensive knowledge was very helpful in guiding me through some unique situations. He is kind and compasionate, and I highly recommend him!
