Jinoo Hwang

Both my wife and I are of advanced age and she is not able to manage financial and other complex situations on her own, and we have no children or other close family to help should I pass away before her. I therefore needed to set up a Trust to manage financial and other similar issues for my wife's... benefit. Through friends and associates in the Christian organization I am an overseas missionary in, the law firm "Northwest Legal" of Attorney Jinoo Hwang in Eugene, Oregon was recommended to me. Although Attorney Hwang was unable to meet me in person because of my overseas status, he very kindly and very expertly worked afar with me and a trusted person in the USA who agreed to be the co-executor of the Trust with me. Because my situation was fairly complex needing communication and consultation with two people Attorney Hwang would have to communicate with at distant locations, I knew that the process of setting up a Trust would take extra time, and I was comfortable with that, as was Attorney Hwang. However the extra length of time itself did not add anything special to the total cost of legal fees. The final total cost was less than what I had expected because of the integrity, expertise, and kindness of Attorney Hwang and his staff. He, and his staff, were able to lead my associate and me step-by-step through the needs of the process with patience and clarity. I can very highly recommend Attorney Jinoo Hwang and his staff for managing the setting up of a family trust. I find that I was very lucky to have Jinoo and his team help me during difficult times.
