Jinoo clearly explained things in a patient way to two clients who were more than novice in this legal realm. He was able to go at our pace while we worked with him and his office on our family trust preparation. He and his staff were always pleasant, efficient, communicative and very professional. I...t was evident that he had our and our family's best interests in mind as he worked through the process with us.
