Erin was so great at putting me at ease when I first consulted with her then made the whole process so much easier than I ever imagined that it could be. She answered all calls/e-mails very promptly and thoroughly. She was very patient with me when I (often) didn’t understand things. And, even after it was all said and done, she called to remind me that I still had to do the after class and made sure that I didn’t miss any payments on my filing fees that were spread out for me once the case was finalized.
