Mr. Tapper is a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Eugene Bar Association, and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Washington State bar and admitted to practice law in Washington State. Mr. Tapper enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters

Great communication and service
