I have hired Neil twice now to help with 2 different cases .. First one was a stalking charge that an ex boyfriend had put against my daughter. He was always available for questions , very prodessional and took care of us in a timely manner and got the case dismissed. Second time was a friend had a... restraining order filed against him by an ex girlfriend once again he was professional and made himself available to us when needed. Neil was able to prove that she was a liar and not credible and the case was dismissed .

Neil was great from beginning to end of our situation. -It ended with a dismissal the day before trial for DUII (Marijuana) and Reckless driving! This was all due to Neil's expertise and experience with the police assessment criteria and science behind DUII with Marijuana. He stood up for us with t...he DA and sheriff's office, and proved our innocence before the trial even started. The fact that my husband was not under the influence of anything didn't seem to matter until Neil became involved. We are grateful and definitely recommend him to anyone in this situation.

I feel so blessed to have Neil as my attorney. My case was handled incorrectly by another lawyer and Neil took the time to review it and help me. Although I had to wait another two years (because of the court and the stipulations of my case) he made sure to contact me when my case could be reviewed. ...I went to his beautiful office and sat with him for over an hour while he helped me with my court papers. Neil called me the day after he had spoken with the district attorney and made a point to call me the next day after the judge signed my order. I will continue to use Neil for any future case and I would highly recommend him. He has always made time for me and never made me feel like my questions were irrelevant. If you want someone that will go above and beyond to help then Neil is the way to go.

I took a sleeping pill. When I woke up, I found that I was being charged with 2 hit and run charges. Neil explained how to get them dismissed. That process took a while and the judge kept pushing him to have my case move forward with either a plea or a trial. Neil stood his ground and was able to get... both charges dismissed so I do not have a record.
